I had my tub refinished by them a couple years ago, which came with a 5 year warranty. I had issues a few years in and was completely ignored by them and my calls weren't returned. Their work doesn't hold up and they don't stand by it.

I overlooked the runs and plugged drain. Had to hire a plumber. Sent pictures of peeling January 13. Called the office . I was told they would call back. February 29 still no call
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this process. Jonathan explain every step and the end result was fabulous! He is a craftsman and takes pride in the excellence of his work. I could not be happier with the result and highly recommend this company!
Jonathan was great and did a great job refinishing my bath tub,he showed up when he said and I was very happy with the final results.I let him in in the morning and left him there with my dog to do his job when I went to work by the time I came home the job was just getting finished and he made great friends with my 100 lb. black lab DIESEL 5 STAR highly recommend
Our bathtub was GROSS. We called Custom Glaze and they made it look brand new! The best part was that they used all non toxic materials. Highly recommend these guys!
