Our air handler would quit at times, after calling Custom Design, Daniel was dispatched and arrived within an hour. He was very professional and found the problem within minutes. He stayed to confirm he fixed it and checked all functions including the pressures at the heat pump. He also gave us advise on using our WiFi thermostat. Needed HVAC system replacement of a nearly 20 yr old system. Selected Custom Design based on both discussions with Chris and on their bid for the job. Installation crew was timely, professional and did excellent work as far as I am competent to tell. The difference in the house is very noticable. Good bunch of guys as well! I can highly recommend them.

Called for a repair visit Monday morning, they couldn't make it to the scheduled 12-4pm window on Tuesday, then called @2:39pm Wednesday to say they couldn't make it during the scheduled visit between 12-4pm because of manpower issues that were apparent since that morning (I'm already sitting home from work for a second day - wasting more of my precious vacation time) (and why the already reschedule visit wasn't made a priority, I'll never understand), but then offered to make an after-hours visit... but I would be expected to pay double the cost for an \emergency call\ due to their personnel shortfall. I guess they were more interested in making their money on the front-end and not on the back-end during the repairs, nor establish a new long-term customer. I just wish I wasn't jerked around for two days just to end up calling someone else that was able to get here within an hour and didn't charge double.

Custom Design Tech Daniel came out and fixed my A/C on a warm Saturday evening. He followed the changing symptoms of the problem to find a loose sensor connector wire at the control board, and we were soon cooling again..have been using Custom Design many years, and they have a great team of techs. My maintenance agreement with them assures me of timely priority service. Good job, Daniel!

This company is really easy to work with. They promptly came out to look at my heating problems and were able to return on the next business day to fix it. Everyone that I dealt with in the company, the original service technician, the installers, and Chris, were very kind, flexible, and pleasant to work with. It has been a long time since I've had such a great customer service experience with a company and the new heater seems to be doing great! I highly recommend them.
