1)Typical German bureaucratic bullshit. 2)Why the hell are they not picking up their phone? Called them 54 times today (I’m not exaggerating) and they were unavailable the entire time. Like do you have lunch hours from 7am to 3pm??? If you’re not willing to do what you’re paid to do, just don’t work there. Smh 3) I live in central Frankfurt. This place is legit in the middle of nowhere. It takes like an hour to get there. 4) ridiculous working hours

My boyfriend phoned and found out exactly what the problem with my package was before we went. He said the person he spoked to was helpful and fast. We had the same experience when we picked up the parcel around 8 am - fast & competent. We were in and out in about 10 min. -1 star for being located at the back of beyond.

Ich habe eine Paket für meine Tochter hier abgeholt. Das Personal war wirklich hilfsbereit und höflich. Es ist leider nicht so gut zu erreichen. Ebenso war dort ein enorm penetranter Geruch nach verbranntem Essen auf dem Flur zu vernehmen.

Schon 25 Tage liegt meine Handyhülle, die ich vom Ausland bestellt habe, beim Zoll. Liebe deutsche Zollamt ich weiß, dass Sie mit Absicht das so machen. Ich schwöre auch wenn jedesmal die Bearbeitung bei Ihnen drei Monaten dauern soll werde ich die Ware weiterhin vom Ausland bestellen.

Ich habe 2 mal Pakete vom Ausland bestellt und die Lieferung bis zur Tür bezahlt. Nun kommen die Pakete JEDES MAL beim Zoll an. Ich habe mein eigenes repariertes Handy bestellt und noch fast 100 darauf bezahlt. Einfach unverschämt! Nie wieder werde ich so eine Erfahrung machen. Ich würde gerne mit -10 Sternen bewerten, wenn es ginge. Ewiges Pendeln für fast 40 Lieferungskosten, ich hoffe ihr genießt es wirklich!!!

Hier gibt's sie noch, die authentischen deutschen Beamten! Grußlos, arbeitsscheu und im Schneckentempo unterwegs, man fühlt sich zurückversetzt in die Postämter der 80er Jahre. Dem Besuch kann ich nur aus nostalgischen Gründen empfehlen. Zum Glück hat sich der Rest der Welt ja seither weiterbewegt. :)
