Very nice staff, professional and polite. I got highlights and toner in my hair-normally I don’t get toner and my highlights are blonder (this time they were done very natural). Wasn’t sure if I liked it at first because of the change but I got a lot of compliments and my hair look way nicer and in better condition. The roots are now growing out but you can barely notice because the highlights were done so natural.

This Salon is both friendly and Professional. Both the beautician and hairdressers are attentive to your needs and give care to attention to detail. I personally have had beauty treatments and hairdressers and was very pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and prices are fab. This salon is tucked away and located in Cloisters Mall in Kingston Upon Thames open 7 days a week. The staff are welcoming and chatty providing tea and magazines for a Pleasant stay during your treatment. Great advantage is you can book online.

Update 16/12/2020: My wife went back and the guy called Eugen fixed it. Looks so much better. Only ask for Eugen. 11/12/2020 Terrible. If you get the male hairdresser, you're in good hands. Otherwise run for the hill. My wife went in yesterday for a haircut and the woman cutting her hair truly messed it up. I'm talking chunks out the back of her hair, not straight, not good. She went back this morning and the woman was rude to her and said that's how it's supposed to look. Since when does a Bob haircut looks short in front, long at the back, and all crooked?!?! And for customer service, well don't expect any there.

I had a bad haircut from the local salon in Walton which only cost me 12. Since it was my first time having short hair, my hair didn't turn up as good as I imagined. So I decided to go back to Cutwalk where I normally have my haircut and it never fails to amaze me. Eugene did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him as anyone’s hairstylist. He listened carefully to what I wanted and even gave a hairstyle suggestion that will suit my dark and thick hair. He very well deserved the tip I gave him because of his hardwork and patience in handling my thick hair.

Victoriya is very professional. She really takes care of your nails. She doesn’t rush like in other salons and she does not destroy your nails! Which is the most important, I keep going back. Her prices are also great.20 for shellac with the soak off. She’s lovely.
