Horrible! Took a expedited PCR Covid test on 2/16. Paid 225 for results back in 2-3 business days. I called on Friday the 18th twice to follow up. Both times I was assured I would get my results before my international flight on Saturday. One lady told me that she would email me the results first thing Saturday morning. No results were sent on Saturday. When I called their office was closed, voicemail box full and emergency number did not work. It's now 2/25 and I still don't have my results. Upon my final destination, I had to take another PCR test and remain in isolation until those results came back.

Today at 3:15pm my husband and I decided I was showing enough symptoms of covid to warrant a test. I got on the website and they had a 3:45pm appointment available for a rapid response test. I scheduled the appointment online, showed up on time, got swabbed almost immediately, sat in the waiting room for 10min, and had my result by 4:00pm.

Went in for life insurance, basic stuff. Not really a problem procedurally. However, the woman at the front desk always had her mask beneath her mouth/around her neck, and interacted closely with an endless train of COVID testees. So I think she might not be long for this world or employment.

I paid 190 to have my Covid test results back in \24-48 hours\, on day 3 with no results still, waiting to hear back so I can go back to work. When I called today the receptionist was pretty rude and unhelpful. Not to mention what a scam! Rite aid offers 2 day results for FREE. Wish I knew before unknowingly giving 200 for something that should be free.
