I waited 4 weeks for an answer to a question about covid. Given that it’s my first pregnancy, and we are in a global pandemic, I’ve been worrying myself to death. Also, waited 3 weeks for genetic testing results, and the nurse only said to me “I was on vacation” You have to call and throw a fit to get anyone to call you back. And don’t even get me started on MyChart. Such a joke. Save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else. Summa, I’ll never understand how a virus has resulted in such a breakdown of patient care in an OBGYN office. I’m disappointed and hurt. Fix it

Dr. Espinal has a warm presence and made me feel very comfortable. She took time to talk to me about my concerns and was so helpful and kind. The whole staff was great.

Apparently Dr. Espinal can run a test on me because she had some concerns. The weird thing is she did not tell me she was running unscheduled and uncovered tests. She also did not tell me she had concerns about my health and felt that she needed to run these tests. Now I get to pay 280. It took multiple calls but yep I get to pay, because \the lab work has already been done.\ Ladies know your coverage, know every little thing that is being done and why. It is your time and obviously you may be paying dearly for it.

Ive been needing to leave this practice for some time now but have always been afraid of change. Finally today I found somewhere new I am happy to be leaving this establishment. I feel if you are not having a baby Paragon doesnt care about you they are in the business of babies not complete female health care. I struggle with PCOS and NEVER got the treatment I needed from Paragon my FAMILY DOCTOR did more than Paragon did. My Family doctor would schedule ultrasounds, prescribe metformin, or provera which ever was needed at the time Paragon would wait 2 weeks out to schedule and ultrasound for a cyst which would by than rupture. Called to set up an appointment for birth control today was told I needed to have a yearly fine do it all in ONE appointment right? Nope you have to have 2 appointments and they will not set up your birth control appointment till youve already been in for your yearly. Yearly appointments you cant get in for atleast a month from the date you call than I guarantee theirs another month wait before I can get my birth control which leaves me without proper birth control between appointments.
