Summer Wild

It was my first time at Cuyuna, it was also my first time in years seeing a doctor. I was incredibly nervous. I get in to see Lacey Running Hawk S. I have nothing but good things to say about her, Ive seen a fair share of doctors in my life and she is the only one in my 26 years that made me feel heard about my concerns, she listened, wrote it all down, made suggestions and I felt I built trust with her and thats a sign of a great doctor. I also saw specialist Rachel Cady & her team, it was the exact same, made me feel comfortable being there, they listened, wrote down my concerns. They all made me feel I was actually cared for, that my health was important, which Ive never experienced. Ive met a lot of healthcare providers that were very dismissive about how I felt. I had more done in a few days than I ever did anywhere else at Cuyuna, how quick they all were to get exams & tests done to rule out any problems I may have. I cant tell you how much relief I felt walking out of that Clinic, I really want to thank every single person from receptionists, the lab, nurses & the doctors Ive seen for giving me that positive experience Ive been longing for. And the entire staff as a whole, thank you for your hard work & sacrifice especially during this Pandemic.

I had a clinic appt. with Dr. Camille Lang She was terrible. She lied about a test, saying I already took it when I hadn't. I had to request a lab appt. myself. If she was paid upon performance.....she'd be in the Soup Line. Never Again.

Went in with pain, left with pain. Dr. Holley immediately told me he would not address my pain as my dr. would. I left suffering. Not a good experience! Too many Dr's do not do their homework and assume you are seeking.

We arrived at the ER with two young girls both with broken bones in their hand/wrist. We could not have been treated more warmly, kindly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the expertise of the doctors and nurses who went out of their way to see the children quickly and treat appropriately. Thank you to the staff at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center!!!
