    Ordered my first ever gaming PC at the start of the year. The process was super easy and actually enjoyable. It is very easy to get help throughout the whole experience whether through the companies friendly customer services or the dedicated Discord server with a super helpful community. I would definitely recommend Cyberpower to anyone and I will definitely be using their services again in future.

    Fantastic customer service from Anthony and Hayden at Cyberpower. My son had a problem with his new PC so I got in contact with the team at Cyberpower. I was asked to try a few things to help narrow down the fault but was unable to resolve it here. Arrangements were made for the PC to be shipped back to the workshop, the courier arrived the same day to collected the PC and it was returned two days later at no cost to me. Sometimes things go wrong with PCs but its all about how the problem is sorted out and this is true excellence in customer services. My son is delighted now that it is all working. Thank you

    Had issue with PC which was clearly a power supply problem. Response from technical staff very helpful and replacement PS was sent very quickly once I'd removed and sent the duff one back. Although an updated model, with slightly different connections, the advice was good and unit replaced and PC back up and running. All in all, a good response from Cyberpower UK.

    I was looking to make my own computer but certain parts were difficult to get - so I looked at CyberPower's pre-made setups. I managed to get the spec I wanted with a few additional extras. Shipping was super fast (ordered on the weekend, turned up on the Monday) as promised. The computer was well packaged, well made, and did everything I was hoping for. When it comes to getting my next computer, I will definitely use them again. 5 star all round.
