Sonny is extremely professional. He answered all of my emails and texts in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. He even sent me a mock-up of the design before he printed them, just to make sure that I was happy with the placement, font, color, etc. Additionally, he was able to meet me up close to my house to deliver the shirts to me. Prices are very fair, and the quality is amazing. I will definitely be contacting him in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends and family for their screen printing needs. BEYOND PROFESSIONAL !! I ordered some shirts and hoodies and there was an unfortunate miscommunication and misunderstanding mainly on my part on the final product. I received them in a timely manner(day after they shipped) as promised and they were folded and packed nicely. Once I realized the error/issue, I contacted Sonny and we figured out where the miscommunication happened. He went above and beyond to help fix the issue and was amazingly professional through the whole process. The pricing is a steal and the work is phenomenal !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!
This place always delivers quality work! Had to get some shirts made with little time to get them made. Sonny help me design and layout the tshirts for a grill off we had. Shirts came out perfect and even made it on the news after we won the competition. Will be continuing business with CTXSP for all my screen printing needs!
