I personally called this company myself to order a mirror. He stated he can do it. Instead there was a mix up and he ordered glass for one item and a mirror for the next item. After we caught it and explained, he said he would issue refund. We didn’t want a refund we wanted the mirror. He went off and start screaming. Maybe he use to have a great business but it may be time to give it up because this is not how you handle customers. I tried to be the voice of reason and asked what will it take to fix. He said he feels like he should not have to eat his mistake. I chose to walk away and let him keep the 300.00 because as I explained to him, I would rather is not into a confrontation. I told him to donate the items to the Salvation Army.

Please do not order anything from this business. I ordered two mirrors. He told me I had to pay 300 pre-order it. He ordered a glass and a mirror. When I told him the order was wrong instead if coming to a resolution he snapped at me and said he will just refund the 300. He called back and said he wasn't going to give me my money back. When my husband spoke to Chuck who is the owner he was very disrespectful. Very hostile, he was yelling, we could not get a word in. We kept asking Chuck what is he willing to do and how much is the difference for the mirror. He was focus on being right instead of keeping a customer. He ended up with 300 and we have no products. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE CHUCK YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Update: Chuck is lying in his response He proved my point that he would rather be right and that's what he cares about.

Excellent products and service, will definitely recommend them. Had Chuck install a shower door on my project bathroom, he came out, took measurements and in a week returned and everything fit perfectly.
