My aunt was a resident at Cypress Palms for 7 years until her passing in January at the age of 96. I can't say enough good things about the facility. She was always treated with respect and her every need was taken care of. Great communication between staff and family. Highly recommended.

My mother just moved into Cypress Palms, and I could not be happier. I have watched the staff closely as they interact with residents, and they have consistently been gracious, gentle, and prompt. They have been open to questions and concerns my family has had, and have worked to accommodate my mother's special requests. Highly recommend.

Think twice to get your love one in this place, food is terrible, not enough servers, not enough cooks that's what it seems, tuna sandwich, horrible frozen hamburguers, not enough employees to take care residents in time, not a safe place.
