Absolutely would not recommend this place for an elderly loved one! The treatment that not only my father experienced but, the way I got treated from the staff was horrible. Caregivers should have some level of empathy for their patients. Not to mention the missing items from his belongings after he passed. Please don't make the mistake we made, your loved one should be treated with dignity and respect.

I have NEVER in my life met a group of people that are more than willing to jump in and help whomever needs it. Managers, housekeepers, nursing staff, you name it! No one is above helping anyone and everyone is determined to make sure the residents are as happy and comfortable as can be. Great establishment!!

My mom stayed at Cyprus Pointe for a couple of weeks. She was practically ignored. She was left alone for 24 hours at one point and had to go to the bathroom in her bed and then sit in it. Money was missing from her purse. I wouldn't recommend this place to my mother-in-law.

My wife went here after a partial hip replacement and has been there 10 days. Response times of between 45 minutes to an hour on multiple occasions to change a bedpan. Physical Therapy staff was overly aggressive during the rehabilitation phase, resulting in a broken femur. Do not send your loved ones to this place. I am doing everything I can to get her transferred to another facility as soon as possible.

My hats off to all the nurses and staff I've met there so far as an agency nurse. They absolutely effi g ROCK! Its hard to find an all around good group of staff in this particular business, but by George, I think they've got it!
