I have nothing to complain about as far as the quality of the work done here. I took my dog here twice for a cut and nail trim. The work was done well and very quickly I might add. However, the rudeness of the employees I spoke with both times is enough to merit a 1 star review. Very rude, they acted as if I was bothering them with my business. They made me feel like a bad pet owner. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by holding up an appointment I made a week prior. As if there was some kind of dog grooming emergency they were called into action for. Will not be going back.

Today was the first time my brittany was groomed here. They made a last minute appointment for me and did a great job. My dog is happy and so am I. Super reasonable price too!
I was looking for a good groomer for my Leah since we just moved to TX and we left out awesome groomer of 8 years that were FANTASTIC with my Leah, I thought give this place a chance....what a mistake! My little Leah gets discharge from her eyes and my old groomers knew exactly how to remove them and make her feel comfortable, this place must of just started pulling at them without soaking them first because I get a call from the groomer saying my Little Leah was being aggressive!!! Are you kidding me!!! NOT EVER HAVE MY LEAH BEEN AGGRESSIVE WITH A GROOMER!!! she has been getting groomed for 8 years regularly every 6 weeks!!! This lady suggested my dog gets sedated by a vet to get groomed!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! Do not recommend!!

It was a quick last minute need. Cut was nice, not sure what they used to wash my pup but he had black stuff on his fur that was sold to be dandruff-which it wasn't because I went home and washed my dog properly and had no issues. I would most definitely day go for a CUT ONLY and just do the rest yourself
I was looking for a place to take my 10 month old fur baby to get trimmed. I found this place on Google and I thought to give it a try. I’m beyond happy how they did his trimming, exactly how I asked for , he looks gorgeous and most important was the fact that he didn’t seem nervous or agitated when they brought him to me, he was so happy and relaxed. I’m so thrilled I found an excellent place to take my fur baby!!
The staff at this place is extremely rude. They refused to cut my dogs hair because she was afraid and got a little bit aggressive because they were not treating her well. They were picking at my dogs eye crusties and they were overall hurting her. I do not recommend bringing your dog here.it is also very hot inside of the place. Do not recommend, this place needs to be shut down
