Great bikes but only 2 stars because they are not getting any 2021 models to the dealers. You do know it's 2021, right Yamaha?

I asked for a payoff amount of my boat loan, sent the check in overnight mail that same day only to find out a week later when the payment was posted that Customer Service gave me an incorrect amount. I paid that additional amount. Only then did the 30-45 day clock start ticking that is the speed with which they will send me the boat's title--a document necessary for me to complete the sale of my boat to a third party. 30-45 days is unacceptable! I am not allowed to speak to anyone in that department to expedite the title delivery, nor apparently is any one in Customer Service allowed either. Internally, everything is done by email and from my experience, no one responds. A month later, I am still waiting for my title and the opportunity to complete sale of boat. No assurance from Yamaha that it is on the way, nor when it will be. My Yamaha dealer also says that Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation's customer service is terrible!
7-20-20 Don't even stock authorized dealers. We went in the other day to buy a 2020 yfz450r SE from our local dealer in Sublimity Oregon and get put on a waitlist for September a few months away. So I called other authorized dealers in the area and everybody is telling me the exact same thing, I understand covid-19 set a lot of things back but come on. We will be calling the company to voice our complaint as well.
Paid off a 2019 Yamaha YZ250F Three months ago when I bought a house because I have to pay off all my debt and I still have not got the pink slips for it and I went online because I was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone and their virtual assistant is stupid as hell and it’s ridiculous that I have not gotten the pink slips yet for it.
Sold My dad a motorcycle that is bad condition. when u driving more than 25 mph , the motorcycle shakes if you let go 1 arm . disgusting quality YAMAHA BOLT
