Well, I felt at Home, the Food experience was the vegetable and fish menu, fantastic wines, highly recommend. The hotel rooms look simple , they are Greta, zen and details. The the light of this place is fantastic for photos and if you love ART the new contemporary Museum is poetry opening at the end of 20202 . Thank you to The owners for putting their passion and commitment to this place. I will be back

We had a spectacular dining event here. The food was superb as we merged the two menus combing Iberian pork delicacies with sea and partridge. The more than 15 dishes were inspired genius! We also had a fantastic tour of the amazing wine cellar which houses many rare and exceptional vintages. It was well worth arriving a few minutes early to see some of the more 38,000 bottles. The collection of Chateau d’Yquem is stunning. The chef and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, sophisticated, highly knowledgeable and yet unpretentious. After dinner we took coffee in garden and marvelled at the architecture of the ‘new’ building. Overall, a memorable evening that each of the four of agreed were among out top two or three dinners anywhere, ever.
Very modern hotel in a very old town! So charming! We were given driving directions from our location in Spain which was super easy and after we checked in we were given a tour of their wine cellar. Had lunch in their 2 star Michelin restaurant.
Wow! An amazing experience. Possibly the best Michelin star restaurant I have been to. The food was so delicate and service was incredible!!!!p
A wonderful experience in an interesting environment. You have two options: from the sea, from the pork. Prices are from 155 drinks not included. Pictures are of the sea menu. The area deserves a walk before our after your lunch. Enjoy
Excellent! Food, wine, and service are outstanding. Did the fish tasting menu and there were so many dishes! Each and every one was exotic to look at and we didn’t want to ruin the art piece but glad we did because every bite was better then the first!
Looking for fancy food in Cáceres? This is THE place. Incredibly good food, insanely nice staff, the biggest wine menu you've ever seen... It is pricy, but with a reason, you won't find anything better.
