Just simply magnificent and probably the best tuna you will get outside of Japan because it was caught just of the coast of Cadiz. Dined here like many others due to Rick Stein, it doesn't disappoint. Had rather a large selection, it was all perfection. Mixed tuna as it's the season, why we were here, temaki, a godzilla Californian roll and a sashimi selection. A gastronomic delight.

What a pleasant surprise! We didn’t know what to expect from a small sushi place in the Cadiz market so we ordered one set of sushi first.... it was so good that we ended up ordering two more sets. The sushi rice was made properly and the raw fish was very fresh as well. Sushi cravings well- satisfied. Thank you!

Wow! This word defines it. We ordered all of the nigiris and each one was better than the last we’ve had! Spectacular sushi. The one we loved the most was Toro tuna, Pez Mantequilla and Toro tuna with herb mustard. Service was amazing too! Can’t miss this place in Cadiz!

It was definitely a funny idea to eat sushi in Cadiz for an asian who has been to Japan for numerous occasions... However, as we were in Cadiz at the end of May (the tuna fish fishing season), we say 'Why not?'. And Gadisushi didn't turn us down. The quality of the tuna and the different combinations of sushi were really to be remembered, especially the ventresca de atun (the belly of tuna)!!!

Fantastic sushi - best we’ve had in Spain. Incredibly fresh, on point service and generous portions. The bluefin toro sashimi was incredible as were the fancy rolls.
