Way too far from a 4 stars hotel. A little bit dated and pictures don’t reflect today’s furniture state. Carpet looks dirty and old, there is no AC (climate thermostat) control in the room that freezes you up overnight. Many other downsides - avoid if you are expecting a high quality place.

A clean, standard hotel. Nice room, a little out dated but very suitable. They take social distance measures very seriously. Buffet breakfast was fine although with measures in place the service can be slow.

The location is very centric, everything is near by, the rooms were big enough, clean and nice, mini bar, big bathroom with bathtub, restaurant nice and clean only problem it closed at 15:30 and reopen at 20:30, bar open 24hrs, breakfast a little pricey 11 each person, nice and big pool, plenty of places to seat very comfortable in the reception

This place deserves a badge from Gordon Ramsey’s Hotel Hell. The bar has no menu, just 6 options! The room is small and it looks like it was made in the medieval era. The bathroom is the definition of old, while the floor is made of bricks with no carpet! I though this hotel was great with the 4.6 star review, but it really lets me down. The walls are paper thin and you could hear someone from the hallway as if they were shouting at your ear. The TV is so ancient that I’m afraid if I turn it on, then it will show 80’s people dancing across its 2 feet screen, and trust me, thats pure nightmare fuel. The window is so small and it’s literally at the corner of the room! There are three beds in my room and the third one shouldn’t even be called a bed! The hotel was built on a hill so the elevator would go down. Also the elevator was so small and the sensor is ancient. The elevator nearly chip-chopped and trapped me. There is no way to open the door and it seemed like the end, until my brother pressed the button to return the elevator.Overall, this place could’ve been good, when dinosaurs roamed the earth! - A concerned person

Nice hotel whit a beautifull swimming pool area. The rooms are a bit small for 3 adults and one bed is just a put in.

Top class place to stay, have something in the restaurant or just chill out for a while.

Staying 5 nights and so far not overly impressed. Terribly slow check-in, somewhat dated and reception doesn't answer the telephone. Good thing it wasn't an emergency. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but can't even get a hot water kettle in the room to make a tea. The bed is ULTRA-COMFORTABLE. Our room is towards the back so it's very quiet. The hotel's location is great. Walk to everything without all the street noise of the crowded historical center. By the way, Doug's review below, from apparently 1 week ago is partly BS. The pool is not even open until April 1. Even when empty of water ( as it is currently), looks awful ordinary at best.

Lovely hotel, nice pool, good location but don't trust the sat nav, follow the signs as ours thought the road it was on didn't allow cars but you are allowed access by car. Handy underground parking.
