Quiet small square, in the heart of the city. Nice cafes, where you can take a short rest while walking around downtown.

We walked by Plaza Italia on the way to the mall. It was uninviting and had a bad smell. The water was green and looked dirty. We glanced at it quickly but didn't stop.
