Just a regular square, im giving it 4 stars because in february there is an awesome bird show, the entire place gets swarmed by migrating birds flying everywhere. You feel inside a batman movie, but with birds instead.(I mean for real, the sky goes black when they fly). On the bad side, you better watch your head, since birds poop as well, local services clean the street every few hours.

Excellent place to walk and recall Rio Cuarto City history & evolution. I mean, Plaza Roca itself can't have meaning alone, but with the Historic Center and the environment of Rio Cuarto City. Plaza Roca call us to recall the whole history of Rio Cuarto City.

The main square in Rio Cuarto is great! There is always something happening. If you are around during the spring months there is a spring rotary fair ( it rotates between plazas all over Rio Cuarto) which sells: homemade bread, honey, sandwiches, plants, artisanal crafts, yerba mate, one of a kind silver jewelry and more. In the summer, especially before Christmas, there's a big artisanal fair, where many craftsmen from Rio Cuarto and surrounding areas come and sell their craft. There are leather craftsmen, jewellery, knitting, cactuses among many more. On Fridays in the evening, you might catch a show in the main plaza, usually tango. And there's many different wifi connections as it's the centre and main square
