These people are .unreal - i.e. I don't think they exist. I booked and paid for a guided tour online some weeks ago but their pathetically inadequate site did not permit me to print a voucher, even though they were quick enough to take my money. Subsequent attempts to reach them through the Contact Us page of their site has not even yielded an acknowledgement. I wrote to them in Spanish as well as English, I now have no option, it seems. but to show up at the appointed hour and make a scene if they do not allow me to join the tour group. I think they are doing a lousy job to promote tourism in Cordoba and the whole lot of them should be sacked, starting with the Director of the Consorcio.

Pésima atención telefónica en el área de administración y contabilidad, personal muy mal educado, un tal Rafa. Da mucho que pensar este tipo de actitudes en algo tan importante como es el turismo en Córdoba.
Oficina de Turismo Plaza de las Tendillas, Día 15/05 Hora: 09.00 \u003e\u003e\u003e Pésima atención al turista... fuimos a reservar una visita guiada que publicitaban en su web y acabé llamando desde mi teléfono para reservarla porque lo primero, no sabían que ruta les estaba demandando, lo Segundo, me queria calzar una de mayor importe después y lo tercero, me acabó dando un plano y una hoja con teléfonos para que me buscara la vida. Una de dos, o ponen personas más diligentes, o cambien la información en la web oficial de Turismo. Es lamentable.

YO LO QUE QUIERO ES PONER UNA NOTA NEGATIVA A LA EMPRESA CITY SIGHTSEETING QUE OPERA EN CORDOBA . NOS VENDIERON A ULTIMA HORA DE LA TARDE UNOS BILLETES PARA LOS AUTOBUSES TURÍSTICOS QUE TE LLEVAN POR LA CIUDAD Y A LA HORA NOS DEJARON TIRADOS . LA ATENCIÓN E INFORMACIÓN QUE DAN ES MUY MALA ,Y ADEMAS NO FUNCIONAN LOS AURICULARES
Es fascinante conocer imponente arquitectura, por este medio informarte pero asi mismo que trasmite todo lo que este maravilloso lugar ensierra.
Es muy historico a mi personalmente me a gustado mucho .con muy buena informacion
