Our oven element went on Friday evening - typically just after we'd bought the stuff for a Sunday roast! DART were great, they couldn't fit us in for a repair on the Saturday but were able to sell us a new element to install ourselves at a very fair price. The shop is closed (due to covid) but we rang them and were able to order the part for collection - very quick and easy.

Oven element broke on Friday night with a roast dinner planned for Sunday. I rang up Saturday morning and arranged to collect a replacement heating element. We went down to the shop and collected the element, the relevant Covid precautions were used. The oven is now back to working order. Very friendly and helpful service, we would highly recommend DART.
I have dealt with John and Andy for several years, and always found them to be really friendly and helpful. Their knowledge, experience and customer service make Dart the place to go for appliances in Sheffield. I don't understand the review from the chap getting cross because you wouldn't let him in. He obviously doesn't realise we are in lockdown! Thanks for excellent service Dart, stay safe!
Came to the shop today, was greeted by a very rude man shouting we're closed and you shouldn't be in here while he was on the phone.. The shop was open and the only sign was saying no more than 3 customers... Your loss, I'm a property developer and was wanting to spend a considerable amount of money...
