Took my Yamaha bike in after a summer of not using it because it would not crank. I said I suspected the battery was dead, but it might need a tune-up as well. Got the bike back one month later (after they said it would be done within the week) and when I got it home it still wouldn't crank! Turns out, the battery was dead! For over 200 D&E rebuilt my carburetor but didn't bother touching my battery. I now take my bike elsewhere, somewhere that is competent for doing basic care of motorcycles.

Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable staff. Jenz quoted me one week for the removal and replacement of a new starter clutch for my 2001 VMAX and he delivered right on time - no issues and rides like new. I took my Vstar 1100 in for carb adjustments... my bike had been back firing on deceleration and following some advice online, I pulled my carbs, cleaned, rejetted, and rebuilt my carbs... while I was trying to make adjustments myself, I lost use of my own diag tools and needed the job finished... so, I took it to D&E... 1st, I will say the techs and D&E are knowledgeable... they took it upon their self to rejet my carbs (after I explained what I did in detail)... what they changed, did work, but the fact is, they did it without asking my permission... 2nd, they did fix my bike but due to some miscommunication within their office, my bike wasn't done as promised and I almost missed an important out of town trip... overall, my bike now runs better than it ever had before... but, the tech didn't get my bike back together the way it should've been... 1. my intake was loose at all joints, from the carbs to the filter, nothing was secured correctly and my engine was sucking unfiltered air... 2. improper placement of a vent tube cause poor performance above 1/2 throttle... putting the vent tube back in its intended position, fixed hesitation and power above 1/2 throttle... 3. I have an issue with any shop that makes changes without permission... 4. they use old technology... to adjust /sync carbs, they use mercury sticks... they got my carbs close, but I ended up spending nearly 300 for diag tools needed to fine tune the carbs myself... which is the ultimate reason why I went to them in the first place... 5. the bike was released back to me fixed, but in poor running performance... after I re-positioned the vent tube back to the intended position, tuned and synced the carbs, the bike ran great... perfect... that was my experience...

Worst place ever had to wait over 2 months for them to fix my quad!! Had to go and see what was going on they give me 100 excauses then this girl the was working at the place got all crazy with my sister and i instead of helping.. not the best place to go!!.
