First time getting my 2 yo Cavalier groomed and so happy I did! He looks amazing and they are very kind. I’ve been ‘grooming’ him at home, but what a difference!
Groomer was not flexible and knowledgable about grooming our pure bred laghotto. She was very rude and insisted that she knew what to do even if she had to read how to cut a laghotto. She was not caring towards our dog and I had no reassurances that he would be in safe hands even though this was the first time he had been there.

Have been taking my samoyed for grooming for many times already. My dog loves there, which means the staff probably treat her nice. The groomers are professional, they would check whether the dog is suitable for washing or dematting is required before washing :)!
Absolutely brilliant place... Our Standard Poodle loves his grooms and the attention to detail is commendable...it is difficult to find a groomer that understands your requests and the breed and the Dog Grooming Studio is Amazing... we always have a happy dog before and after his groom...
