Initially I had a positive experience in which I did get a call back to schedule a quote after submitting a request on the website. I was given a range of hours that they would come. They didn't call the day of to let me know they were on the way or to give a more specific timeframe. I left work early to meet the technician, but unfortunately according to security camera footage they drove away 50 seconds after they rang my doorbell while I was in the bathroom. I went outside and waved at the driver in the truck stopped two houses away at a stop sign on my street, and I immediately called their phone number. No one picked up and I wasn't able to leave a message as the voicemail box was full. I immediately called again as the truck pulled away and this time the secretary picked up and I told her the situation - she said she would call the technician and have him come back, and I also kindly let her know the voicemail box was full as I know this can go unnoticed until someone tells you. I waited two hours and then called again, no one picked up and the voicemail box was still full. I tried calling the following week and no one picked up and the inbox was still full. No one ever came back, nor called me to reschedule. As a potential customer I feel the customer experience should have been better. Update: I am awarding another star to my review considering the kind reply. It is my hope that this feedback will allow for investing in better communication through their front end to allow for a better customer experience.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I had my driveway done by D&R and it has already started breaking up in a single season. I called them for a month and finally some one showed up and told me that it is happening because i am driving my car over it.. And they are not going to do anything about it. I was expecting that at a minimum they fix the patches all over the driveway. Take my advise.. go with someone other than D&R.
Dan and Randy have an extremely professional, efficient, and responsive operation. There were a couple of unforeseen bumps in the process that resulted in needing to shuffle the schedule and they communicated status in a timely manner; I always had full confidence that the work would get done. It's clear that they have a team of guys doing the work who work well together, they take pride in their work, and everyone is really great to deal with. I would highly recommend D&R, our driveway looks great and we could not be happier!
D & R Paving came out promptly to give us a quote. Once we gave them the job, they completed the work of removal of an old driveway; digging out for expanding the drive, applying crush and run; and returning to install the asphalt; all within two weeks after choosing them. They checked with us at each step to ensure we were happy with their work. I highly recommend D & R Paving.
If you're looking to hire a pro that takes pride in his work, D&R is for you. They ran into a bunch of snags, expanding and resurfacing my driveway, but they were very honest through the entire process and my new driveway came out amazing.
