Lack of basic communication ethics let alone professionalism. Their enthusiasm dies off after the listing and a single customer visit. They did not call, did not answer calls, did not return calls, did not message, did not respond to messages, did not update on what they are doing do publicize your listings, did not even make it clear that they are not finding customers. Stay away from them if you have a property up for sale. Go for any one from a number of small scale brokers in mulund east who are hundred times more professional and courteous.
