Four day Meditation Retreat Program involving Meditation both Light and Sound, Video satsangis, Work shops on Ethical Living covering Truth, Humility, Non-Violence, selfless service, Vegetarian food etc. was good. It is worth attending. The centre was well maintained in terms of cleanliness, discipline, schedules with complete silence. The focus on subject was maintained till the end of the program. Simple vegetarian food. Nice accommodation.
