Doctor is excellent! I would give this office a higher rating, but due to billing issues they get 1 star. I was required from my hospital to bring my newborn in 2 days after I left the hospital, but the insurance didn't have her covered since it was the weekend. I had to pay out of pocket for the visit which was 150. I was told that I would get reimbursed once she was covered and it would within 30 days. Well she was added to my insurance, but I never received my money for the visit. Its been almost 3 months now and I found out the claim wasn't processed. Two months after the visit I called and asked what happened to the claim and they told me it was submitted, but when I called my insurance they had no record of the claim. When I went in for a check up I asked again about the claim and was told it wasn't processed. Its been just about three months and the claim still hasn't been processed. When I called to check on it they said the billing department didn't processed the claim and the receptionist said she has nothing to do with that and she just takes the payment. This is ridiculous and I can't speak to anyone in the billing department about the claim nor does the receptionist want to help me. The finger pointing needs to stop and they need to take responsibility for their work. I am completely annoyed that I had insurance and still had to pay out of pocket for the visit and can't get my money back.

Very clean environment, fast service and amazing staff. The doctor here is great with children they were able to see my newborn son Bryson with no delays. This office takes very safe covid 19 practices which I can definitely appreciate. I'm glad I found this office I look forward to my son going here long term.

I loved dr kaur she was always excited to see process in my son growth. She got happy that he finally potty alone and have good process with speech. She always took her time with you. It so hard finding a good dr but MY SON who is 3 years was terrified of clinics but than he got to love dr kaur n was easy to do procedure on him. Unfortunately I changed insurance and they did not accept it. But I recommend this Dr to anyone looking for a pcp for their children

We are currently looking for another pediatrician. After having my second child in January one of the nurses for us highly recommended this place and after seeing all of the positive reviews I was like oh definitely! To make a long story short I was HIGHLY disappointed! My son developed very bad acid reflux which affected his breathing and after bringing it up to the doctor on several occasions she kept telling us it was normal (not yet knowing what IT even was) and that he would grow out of it. She didn’t ask any in-depth questions to make sure it wasn’t or was anything serious. So after his check up at 3 months we asked if they could do a culture (which they don’t do) or if he could be referred out to a specialist because my husband and I knew something wasn’t right and even some of the nurses would come in the room and ask if he always sounded like that or if he was sick. The doctor had to hear a recording of him breathing (which she had been hearing since he was born) to finally agree and say okay this is not normal. After taking him to a Pediatric ENT doctor they were shocked to find out no one suggested that it could be acid reflux which is how we found out after doing the Laprynscopy. Well thankfully he’s doing 100% better since he’s been on medication but if we would’ve kept listening to this doctor our son would’ve had to have surgery at 4 months old!!! If your child is 100% healthy then this is definitely the place for them to go as it seems it is merely a wellness clinic where shots are given and they send you on your way. Other than that I would definitely look at another pediatrician who isn’t going to just sweep your needs and the needs of your precious babies under the rug, not listen to your concerns and take you seriously. If it were their children they’d want the best care so I expect the same for mine.

I made an appointment for my son over a month ago the office manager Alice Smith said she was in charge called my husband a day before his appointment and cancelled our son appointment stated they were not taking new patients NOW she said the policy changed after we had the appointment set this is bad practice. My son has autism and need an evaluation we made sure they had all his records over a month ago this office has bad customer service and its really sad
