I enjoy my ice coffee and the employees always makes sure everything is correct and if anything isn't right they work to make it right. I have only had to wait for a little to long once but that was due to the person in front having trouble making their mind up but once they did the employees got their order out fast. And they keep it clean.

I love waiting forever for a burnt bagel
The coffee and food are always good at Dunkin Donuts. And I don't mind busy, busy usually means fresh. But today I stood in line for quite a while. Cars were wrapped around the building which is usual with any Dunkin that you go to. It did seem to be an abnormally long wait with only two customers ahead of me but finally I was able to order. I placed my order and presented my phone to scan my app at which time I was informed that their scanner was down. I did not bring in with me any other means of payment. I left that in the vehicle. I went back outside and soon came to the realization that I was not going to wait that long line again. I wish there had been some sort of sign prior to me waiting. I would have brought an alternative payment method in. Too bad.
Pretty quick service. I've been here a few times and never had a problem. Talk to the guy at the window, name Darius. He was really friendly.
