A very pleasant and positive experience at Jarrett Ford Dade City yesterday. My experience actually began Saturday afternoon while looking at a car on their website. It was after hours, so I placed an inquiry on a vehicle, expecting a response on Monday as they are closed Sundays. within 20 minutes I got a response from Robert, who proceeded to let me know they are closed at the moment, but was checking his emails and wanted to reach out to let me know he would be calling me Monday at my convenience. The vehicle was in excellent condition and was exactly what I was looking for, but the caring staff at Jarrett, from Robert to Mike the manager to the finance rep and everyone in between was stellar.
