The Pasco County Clerk and Controller's Office in downtown Dade City is a centrally located facility for east Pasco County residents. I rate this facility four out of five stars. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they are. The forms are sometimes confusing and could use some simplification. I found the wait times to be variable. Some days there's no wait at all yet other days one may be there for hours. Overall, the experience was better than expected.
