They use to be good when they just opened but quality is slipping and attention to detail is lacking. The Owner/Manager is disengaged, bombastic and has no customer awareness... (This is not Macdonald's madam)... You wait forever to be seated and staff seem unwilling to move at pace and provide good service, it's an inconvenience when you request things like Catch-up, or pointing out that the plates/cutlery has still got clumps of food stuck to it... I've stopped going there due to all the above. Good luck when you venture in there for a meal...

Very lovely restaurant, enjoyed the south western burger, with the lunch deal. Then after tucked into the Belgian chocolate honeycomb waffle. Perfect temperature and delicious flavours, would definitely be returning.

My 1st time here after visiting friends in the area. Their care of customer's after reopening of covid19 was impeccable! Food was divine. We will definitely be coming here again next time we are in the area!

Came here on 24/08/2020 very disappointed with the service we received. 6 people in total in my party ordered our food which seemed to take forever to come even though they were not very busy, food came out missing one main meal and two sides after making the staff aware they realised these items had not been put through on their system when they placed the order so the meal came out when everyone else had finished then we still had to then wait further for 2 sides of onion rings again arrived after the main meals were finished, not even an offer of a price reduction or to have that meal removed from the bill, will defo not be visiting this one again anytime soon.

Mixed feelings really! Was going to go to our local chippy but decided on Brewers fayre so my son and hubby could have the chipshop chef's counter. When we got there (after finally making sense of the new parking tarrif and putting our number plate in a machine at the bar!) We realised that no chef's counter was on offer and the counter was void of any food! By now I was starving so we decided to stay. The food we had was delicious but it worked out a lot more expensive than if 2 meals were the chef's counter.

Service is very poor, takes forever to serve people, had to send food back once as it was very cold in the middle. Dirty tables everywhere, no cleanliness at all. I came to eat out not to eat near garbage everywhere absolutely disgusting and Appalling!!!

Actually a really nice place. Have never been here and only live up the road. The outside looks quite run down, which fits in with the area, but once inside it is clean with friendly staff. Had the 14oz ribeye medium rare which was cooked perfectly, will be going back soon.
