Went to top up my Oyster card and payed by card. I found out none of the money was put on. I came back twice with reciepts and pictures of my oyster history e.c.t. and they refused to give me a refund. Basically lost 10. Repeatedly tried to contact them to no avail. I was told by a passerby that this shop has been on the post saying that they were known for scams. If you're desperate for a top-up, pay only by cash or don't come at all
