Staff is rude, especially that middle age, brunette lady, she shouldn't be working in customer service industry, she seriously has attitude issues ... I don't think the shop owners realise what their staff is like to the customers and it's a shame to the business. It was my second visit to the store, and Never returning again. Please provide some customer service training to your staff, or you wont get any customers, especially when she's on shift.
