Very very bad practice! The oldish lady the manager was very abrupt and very unprofessional. Spoke to me in such a bad manner when asking question regarding an issue with my teeth. She refused to acknowledge that I had tooth decay after suffering from an eating disorder, she said that I need to sort my bulimia out as it's my own fault my teeth are bad...she told me I need to get a new dentist that covers tooth decay because she isn't doing it..my mum however is going to b taking this further as im young quiet individual suffering with an eating disorder and was discriminated against by a member of management. Not recomend this at all...authorities will also be involved due to this

Awful reception and worse dentist ever seen. Had an appointment on 27th August,2020. When Waiting over and fill up the form, reception asked for cash payment only. Neither debit nor credit card will be accepted.Dentist was so rude and adapt don't care attitude. Finally left the surgery without having any treatment because of dentist's damn attitude. Wouldn't recommend it to a soul.

New dentist is really nice and approachable. Was able to explain what procedure was needed for my teeth, why and how to take care of them.
