I'm a regular pork lechon buyer at Roberto's. I buy a half kilo of pork lechon belly at least once or twice a month. Occasionally, I also buy the lechon manok, the pork leg bone for my Belgian Malinois, and a half of the pork lechon head (1 to 2 kilos per half depending on the size) for lechon paksiw. Pork lechon is not too fatty. Flavor is good. Price is reasonable. Always remind the crew to give you lechon sauce though as they tend to forget.
