Worst experience. No support. Simply they are taking salary for doing nothing. They only know how to dodge the work. Everytime their printers have issues. No customer support at all. Better to shift account from this Bank.

Bank is taking more time to take for customer and staff is very bad for customer support and also facility of bank is very bad its even some time not working Atm and printing machines because of large no. of customer the bank staff is less.

Good automation facilities like passbook printing, ATM, cash deposition machine but wrong part is that staff believes that all their customers are masters. They ask to use machines to customers for things they also can do. Still it's general phenomenon of customers that they like human touch more than working with machines. One star is for behavior of staff with customers. If it improves then it will be five star.

SBI is transferred from railway station road. After moved, many different facilities are improved by Bank manager. Staffs are helpful and co operative.
