My Husband and I took our 5 and 3 year old and we had the best time. I love how it’s an actual petting zoo and you can feed most of the animals and not just look at them. Very well kept place! I will definitely be back. I added a picture of My Son and a precious Horse that was at the Zoo. I did not realize until after I was looking through the pictures that they were both sticking their tongue out at each other at the perfect moment. My Son has speech delay so I found this sweet that they were possibly communicating in another way. ️

I enjoyed going there the first time I went(2 years ago). You can get up close to zebras etc. Which my kids loved. However, this time around the wash stations they had set up we're not working and their bathrooms were closed(only porta potties). We walked around feeding animals with our hands for about an hour and they didn't have anything for us to wash our hands with afterwards. Luckily I had wipes and sanitizer, but that is just gross. Edit: Since I can't respond to the response from Chestatee. I am not sure who you are referring to, but I did not speak to you about the issue since more people were buying tickets when we were leaving. I'm glad you fixed it, but the fact of the matter is I arrived around 11am, went to the wash stations at about noon and there wasn't any water. The center at that point had been open for only 2 hours with very little traffic so I am not sure how quickly they lose water... But they were bone dry. None the less my experience wasn't the best and a snarky response from you isn't helping with the experience either. A mere apology would have sufficed.

A nice spot to take the kids where they can feed zebras, horses, donkeys, and emus. The animals are very active and have no problem coming to the gate to eat. Admission is reasonable at 15 for 12 and older and 10 for under 12 years old. A bag of feed is 5. We ended up buying too much feed. I think people save the food not realizing that you are about to leave. People would feed more generously if they knew how close they were to the end. All of the animals were friendly. The miniature horse nipped my 4 year old but it wasn’t hard or scarring or anything. (She probably didn’t have her hand complexity flat.) The space for the roosters, peacock, and baby bear was a bit tight but all in all the animals looked very well cared for. Port a potties on site and a vending machine for drinks. We would definitely come back again and visit.

Cool place to take the kids; animals are rescues from people who illegally kept them as exotic pets, etc. Be sure to get a bag of food or two; the camels, zebras, bulls, and emus will go nuts!

Spectacular place to visit!! It is so refreshing to see a place where animals are truly cared for and loved, instead of being used for pay by experiences or in small cages. Not a zoo, this place is truly a sanctuary for these beautiful animals. Every single one was well fed, very friendly, had ample space to roam, big shelters and enrichment. My two year old daughter had an amazing time and enjoyed feeding all the animals, the horses were especially friendly and gave her kisses. The owner really cares about the animals and it’s her passion. We saw the tigers and bears very close and they were all playing, we have been to a lot of animal experiences and this one was our favorite by far!
