Our washing machine decided to give up on us without warning. So we had to find a replacement very quickly. Well all I can say is thank goodness we were told about this electrical goods shop. We arrived to a warm friendly welcome from the owner, he explained the pros and cons of each washing machine and their associated costs. We chose a washing maching based on his advice. It was Saturday at 1pm. I asked when could he deliver. To our astonishment he said in the afternoon. At 3pm he and another man arrived and carried the new washing machine up four flights of stairs. The old machine was on the rear belcony and was too big to get through the door. So they removed it via our bedroom window. The new one then was passed through our bedroom window and plumbed in. They removed the old machine at no extra cost. I cannot thank them enough for the help and service they gave us. If you want anything electrical this is the place to shop. Today our oven stopped working, one hour later a new oven and hob are being installed. The service doesnt get better than this. Five
