Tortured by angry neighbour for false allegations, that the housing management considered mediation service at the Springfield road which was waste of my time. Also some west Belfast housing officer failed to consider my need of house transfer when I had to make myself homeless

Housing executive sends cowboy builders in to laurelbank to do half a job. Inspector's come round people's house to inspect half a job and still nothing gets done
They are not opened on the weekend. They need to fix this.. Also, they fail at the Housing Benefit because I should be entitled to mode than a shared. No one else lives with me.
