Did an app order٫ 7 burgers٫ 4 fries and 4 drinks. Got 7 burgers 3 of which I ordered and 4 more either wrong modifications or the wrong burger all togeather. the fries were soggy and cold. im currently visiting Auckland and where I live they have no problem getting my order right.

Not very happy staff and the good was cold. The only reason I ate the food was because I was starving due to being in hospital and fasting for 24hrs. Otherwise it would have gone in the bin. The sundae ice cream didn't even come half way up the cup. Bloody disgusting for the price we have to pay for it

Made a App order at 9.30pm to pick up through the drive through of the Dairy Flat store (located northbound between albany and silverdale). Store was supposed to close at 11. Got to the store and it was getting closed up, spoke with the manager and was told someone would contact me the next day. As i was heading past around midday the following day after not hearing anything from bk i stopped in to get a refund, after waiting in line for 10 min (looked like only 3/4 staff on) the shift manager automatically assumed i wanted the order that i had ordered the night before, when i said no, i want a refund i was told he couldnt do it. I said fine just make the order, and waited another 7 min for the order (meanwhile no one else in the line of about 7 people were getting served). Once i got my order i got into my car and noticed the order was wrong, i had been given a small chips instead of a regular which i had paid for. Once i got home i called the bk hotline and all they could do was take my name and pass it to area and store managers.

It is what it is, hard to get too excited over it. It does and has everything these franchises promote. Strong emphasis on NOT engaging counter staff, but preferring you order via 3 touch screens. Plenty of seating inside/outside this complex, drive thru facility also. Huge car parking outside, children's secure play area, clean toilets to the left inside the building.

Went through the drivethru Not to be rude but the younge dude working the drivethru doesn't seem to have must of a customer vibe about him not sure if he was having a bad day but he come across quiet arrogant To top it of my wife's chicken burger patty was like rubber
