I had a very pleasant experience with DAK Resources. The staff is very professional and truly goes above and beyond. If you need something from them or have a question, they make themselves available to assist you in every way they can. The team is great! Highly recommend.

I applied to a full time job posting. I was contacted by email and invited to a phone interview. I was able to choose a time on a specified date. On the day of the phone interview i was contacted 5 minutes late (ok that isn't late by todays standards, just mine). Justin introduced himself and gave a very brief intro that the company is a staffing agency. When he asked my salary expectations, I answered 16 hr. He hung up! No response or effort to ask if I would go lower, nothing. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have a college degree and many years of experience and proof of a successful career with steady upward momentum. That is not an unreasonable salary request, especially to be hung up on as a response.

I was "hired" here on Nov 9th for a full time job on the local military base. I did new hire paperwork, w-4, insurance, signed up for direct deposit, the whole 9 yards. I even drove to another state to get a drug test and bought new work clothes and OSHA compliant boots. 2 weeks in and the person that hired me couldn't give me a start date and told me to stand by. Last week I messaged the person that hired me on 2 separate days inquiring about the "job" I was hired for. No answer. I messaged one more time a few days after that. No answer. Here it is Dec. 4th I haven't started working yet. Dealing with DAK has been like an episode of the twilight zone. I TURNED DOWN ANOTHER JOB OFFER THE SAME DAY DAK SUPPOSEDLY "HIRED" ME! I have no idea what is going on because of zero communication on DAK's part. I did a good bit of research into this company before I was "hired" by them. They had great reviews and looked like an outstanding company but now I'm wondering if I should get a new bank account number. Update: Dec 4th. Was contacted by director of operations. This is pretty much a temp service offered to contractors that operate civilian positions on base that uses full time job descriptions as bait to fill their employee pool. Will you land a recently vacated full time job? Who knows? More than likely, you will be asked to fill in for a day or two if someone gets sick and thats about it.
