AWE’s prime market is the emerging economy of Senegal; leveraging the country’s track record of political stability, the team’s access to high-level government officials, and the Senegalese President’s ambitious development goals to provide investors with business opportunities with significant government support, credibility and thus bankability. AWE is also active in other Francophone African countries, a result of the teams well developed network in Africa and personal and professional diverse backgrounds, and across many sectors including energy, agriculture, natural resources, infrastructure and value-addition (manufacturing and beneficiation). AWE was established in 2017 as a limited liability company registered and duly existing under the laws of the U.S. state of Delaware and with a presence in Washington DC. AWE also has local presence in Senegal, with a subsidiary organization registered under the laws of Senegal and with personnel operations in Dakar.
