It would be nice if I could at least get a hold of anyone. It half rings and goes to a voicemail. I don't have time to wait for them to call me back. If you have such a high call volume get more people on the phones. Or create a queue so I can wait in line. Ridiculous. Can't set up appointment.

Been here a few times. Even when they're busy the staff always strive to make me comfortable and feel prepared for their services. Scheduling is super easy and convenient. Given the choice, this was my first pick for imaging services.

The local billing department does not return calls and the when you actually get a hold of them after multiple calls, the customer service you receive is exremely rude. Would not recommend anyone and will not use their facility if there is any options at town. Only positive experience is with nurses, they were very nice.

When I made the appointment for my mammogram, I told the lady that due to severe claustrophobia I was unable to keep my mouth and nose covered with a mask. She told me that would be "just fine. They can do the exam without my wearing a mask." When I drove all the way there this afternoon, I was turned away because they wouldn't do my scan without me wearing a mask. I understand that during this pandemic we need to keep each other safe. I'm not upset that they didn't let me in without a mask. I'm upset that I was told when I scheduled the appointment I didn't have to wear a mask.

I see that all the negative reviews are from the billing department, here is mine 1st time failed to send to insurance got a collections notice went in and billing said insurance wasn't filed and she filed it. Got copay in the mail went in and paid in full double checked and today I got anoter final notice sending to collections. Called at about 345 and got pushed to voicemail and no return call, called at 445 and was told call back on monday. Mabey if all bad reviews are comming from billing it might be time for a change?

Great staff. They explain what will happen and they go to great lengths to keep you comfortable and relaxed. John is awesome.

My wife constantly gets the run around here and i don't believe she is getting the care she needs. X-Ray techs are condescending and act as if they can't get you out of there quick enough. Would not recommend this place for anything.
