Great centre for the family. Blue run is quite tame mainly fire roads, red ups the technical difficulty but okay for a regular rider and has the option of some black bits along side. As all tracks cross you can mix and match. There are also shorter training rides so great for the kids.

Dalbeattie red route is excellent. Some bits that can catch you out if you are not careful for example the Scree Slope and Jacobs Ladder. Barnbarroch loop is particularly good.
Nice wildlife walks for different abilities, mountain bike trails. Very well maintained. Overnight parking for campervan a fabulous idea. will definitely stay and visit again.
This is a great site for a stopover (for as long as the Scotland Forestry Commission continue with it's scheme). There a number of slots for overnight stop and the site has 3 toilets with hot and cold running water with hand dryer. It also has a drinking water tap. Stopover after 6pm but before that it's 1 for 1 hour, 2 for upto 3 hours and 3 fir all day parking. Be warned, you have to take your rubbish away with you. Excellent value for money.
