When we woke up the house was cold and the problem was the thermostat wasn't working. We called Dale heating and air and scheduled a service call. They arrived on time and checked out the thermostat and then checked the unit and found a fuse had blown. They fixed the fuse and the unit started working. They explained everything that they had done. They were very professional and took care to make sure they didn't track dirt into the house. They wore mask and kept at a reasonable distance. We are well pleased with the service.

Tracy, Corey, Joel, and Steven replaced a failed heat pump, with half the unit in our attic. They were on time, and totally professional in every respect. They showed respect for both my wife and I and our house. They answered all our questions, and put down cloths to protect our floors. They disposed of all the old equipment and even vacuumed the floors when done. The quality of the new heat pump is one thing, but the quality of the installation is just as important. We are very satisfied customers.
