My Grandfather stayed at Daleview Care Center recently due to a fall at his home (his 2nd visit to Daleview). Overall, the staff was pleasant and professional. I felt we received excellent care & the staff did a great job of keeping our family informed about my Grandfather's progress. The social worker we had (Nicole) was knowledgeable, as well as kind & compassionate. And the physical therapists and occupational therapists were effective in helping my grandfather regain his mobility, enabling him to return home quickly. The facility was clean which was very important to us. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

I work in an Assisted Living and I highly recommend Daleview Care Center. Every time we send one of our Residents there for Rehab, they always come back strong and healthy. They have a great PT department and a wonderful Social Worker. They are always friendly and always keep us updated on how our Residents are coming along. To me they are tops in their field!

If you have a choice , do not bring your loved one to Daleview. My mom was there for just under 100 days, nobody answers the phones there. One day I called every hour on the hour for the entire day and not once did anyone pick up the phone and during covid this was certainly not comforting. The Doctor not once called me or returned my calls the entire time she was there. My mom was telling me all the time that the night staff was very mean to her and rough moving her around. One day she called me and told me she rang the buzzer to have someone bring her to the bathroom, I called her back two hours later to find out that nobody had come yet. Every staff member I did speak with described my mother in a different condition. Social worker has no compassion and made my mothers condition sound like she was ready for a nursing home only for us to find out she has none of the disabilities that she described. The only shame is the Physical Therapy staff is excellent. Find another place!!!

In the short time my husband Tom was a patient at Daleview Care Center, he was given the best, most compassionate and professional care by the staff(who were wonderful) and the doctors who attended to him. Due to the Covid-19 virus they went above and beyond to make his last days as comfortable as possible, as he had suffered a massive stroke. I can't stress enough how pleased we were as a family how he was taken care of by the many Angels who work there. I would recommend Daleview to any family that was looking for an incredible experience for their family members. God Bless You all.

Daleview nursing home is criminal- my sister is disabled , sent there from st Joseph’s hospital after a stroke- all’s well while she has insurance coverage and their getting paid. Social workers lied to the group home where she was placed.9-23-2020 I wonder if she even even received enough rehab to send her to a group home. The group home in coram said they were told my sister can walk take care of herself , she obviously can’t. She left there over medicated . Now the group home sent her to mather hospital 9-28-2020 and they discharged her 4 hours ago. I’m in Colorado . Thanks Debbie saragusa social worker and group home Marie rose prosper in coram for screwing over my disabled sister. Avoid Daleview nursing home, there ruthless
