The minute I showed to get my semi trailer tire replaced they out there minute I parked and started changing it thats what you call good service highly recommend this place

Top notch service. Had a inside drive tire blow out on a Saturday afternoon. They came out and had it replaced in less than 15 minutes and had me back on the road. Service charge and after hours fee was very responsive and found a good deal on a tire for me. Would not hesitate to call them again.
I waited on the side of the road for two hours for a service that was promised and then never provided because the computer said they had something and then ended up not having it. Also, they never reached out to me to inform me of the miscommunication but I had to call them back after waiting an hour to then get information that should have been provided immediately. Then waited another hour for a truck to drive 15 minutes to my car. The customer service rep said he was leaving in 5 mins. Again very poor communication. I have two stars due to the gentleman that helped as much as he could on the side of the road with me.
Had low tire headed through Dalhart. Stopped by to have them take a look. They had tire off and new tire on in barely 20 minutes. Unbelievable service, kind, clean and coffee! 100% recommended.
We were traveling through Dalhart and had car trouble. We were only a block from your store and my husband walked there to see if he could get someone to help us. Immediately a nice man got in his truck and went to where our car was stalled. He started our car and saw what the problem was. A loose cable on our battery. He fixed the cable and told us there would be no charge for his service. We did not get his name, but we want him to know how much we appreciated his help. Thank You!
