We were driving ourF 450 RV from Dallas to Colorado and the engine light came on.We went to Ford house and they would not help due to it being Friday at 3:30 pm. Went to car quest where they used device to tell us what was wrong. Sold us the replacement parts and recommend Frank. Frank, wife Judy and young man stopped what they were doing and fixed our R V. Frank Weaver definitely knows his business and the entire family was wonderful. They were a true God sent. Will never forget.

We were having car trouble on our way home from vacation (early afternoon on a Friday), so we called ahead and were advised to stop in and told that someone would be there to assist. But, when we got there, no one was there. I guess they were both out of town at events an hour or so away and the one who had answered our call didn't realize the other one wasn't there either. So, my husband ended up walking down the street and finding a place where someone helped him get more oil to at least help us limp home (it turned out Walmart, who had changed our oil for the return trip, didn't put the drain cap back on right, so we were leaking oil all the way home without realizing it). So, kudos to the owners for going above and beyond to try to get someone there to help us, but we waited there at least an hour in the heat and then they called us to let us know someone was finally there about an hour after we had made it back out on the road. So, I can't really endorse their service because we didn't technically experience it? But they seemed like nice guys and it was a small town.
