The Wheelhouse Cafe is a small cafe in Newton Grange selling decent food & drink at a fair price. At present its focus is on takeaway food only although there are a few tables outside. Overall, it's somewhere I'll be visiting again.
Excellent breakfast roll as usual!! Sweet potato, chilli and coconut soup is amazing!
I live in in Newtongrange and have not visited this cafe for a few years, I was looking for a good plate of food to eat after my night out to help get over my hangover, this place is great, the guys that run it are very friendly, the food is amazing, well cooked and presented, it's more than a cafe for a cuppa, it's a great place to go for breakfast, lunch or early dinner it has a simple but very tasty menu, we ordered 3 mains, 3 drinks, and an extremely tasty milk shake at the end and it all came to 22, absolute bargain, I would highly recommend it if you haven't been.
