Great location if you work at Baylor Awesome maintenance service However, 1. Elevator “out of order” every couple months (sometimes couple weeks). It is ok if you like to walk 4 flights of stairs but I kinda don’t wanna do that after my 12 hours shift at work 2. Missing packages - packages were just “missing” from your front door (when they were delivered during the day when you are not home).

This place is amazing. Great view and location. However, the elevator is continuously broken. I live on the 4th floor. I have friends with health problems (hard for them to walk up flights of stairs) which make it difficult when they visit. Once the elevator is fixed, I will update to 5 stars. Edit: Elevator fixed - thanks! Edit 2: (2.22.20) - Elevator broke again. Back to 1 star. Edit 3: (2.23.20) - Went to the gym and now the treadmill is broke (attached picture). Guess I'll burn those calories walking up the stairs to the 4th floor because the elevator is still broke. Edit 4: (2.24.20) Hooray! It's fixed! 5 stars! Edit 5: Just going to stay at 1 star. Tired of updating but the elevator broke again.
There are consistently homeless sleeping in the complex. Management, whom I've alerted multiplt times, can't be bothered; they tell you to call 911 and state there is a trespasser. I'll agree with the other comments on gates and elevators- regularly broken. During this pandemic, service has been decreasing. There is a lack of communication and are still waiting for the gym and business center to open even while complexes around us already are. Pol has very limited hours. I had plumbing issues during office hours and was told they might not be able to come due to covid. Once I stated plumbing can be a source of public health concerns, the office staff managed to schedule it. Last time I went in the office with 2 employees inside, I was told they were \closed\ when i had a simple question.
I am loving my time here so far. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I feel like the management is sometimes lacking. They neglected to tell the residents that the fire alarms would be tested ALL DAY until after it already started. During a COVID time, when everyone is working from home the solution I was given was to go to a coffee shop for the day. If I would have had prior knowledge I could have prepared for this. They are not great about being in the office or picking up the phone. However, the location and layouts here are great!
It has been a little over weeks since I moved into the Inwood (soft lof) style 660sqft. I love my unit so much and there are so many restaurants nearby Tiffany, the leasing manager gives wonderful customer service and Jack is awesome as well. No complaint here.
